Often we find we need a certain item to complete a job to our exacting standards, and occasionally that product does not exist for us to use, leaving us with no choice but to design and manufacture it. Other occasions the items available simply do not meet the specification required for our application, and again in those situations we make our own parts to fulfil the purpose.

Big-Bore Catalyst Replacement Pipe
Catalyst replacement pipes are available from many sources, however we have never found them in a suitable bore to maintain the correct sizing all the way through with some of the larger Japanese exhaust systems, our catalyst pipe is physically the largest possible pipe that will fit behind the flanges, while still allowing the fitment of cap-head fasteners. The flanges each end are laser cut and TIG welded (Not MIG like some cheaper cat-pipes) and are constructed of 304 Stainless Steel throughout. As a final convenience our cat pipes features a centre bung for standard (NTK, Bosch etc) wideband lambda sensors and a bossing for the standard overheat sensor.

Engine Breather Catch Tank / Washer Tank
Combination Catch Tank and washer bottle fluid reservoir, all aluminium construction with welded -8 AN fittings for inlet and outlets. Washer bottle top is standard Nissan oil filler thread and will accept and engine filler cap to maintain engine theme. The breather side of the tank features a sight tube and a drain bung to empty the contents when required. This item can also be supplied with push fittings.
Ultimate High-Capacity Fuel Rail
Offering the largest internal diameter of any aftermarket fuel rail for the RB engines, these rails are machined from billet alloy and CNC machined with the Abbey Motorsport logo. The rails are designed primarily to be used with feeds to both ends (via a Y-piece or mixer pot, see below), with a return line running back out from the centre to the pressure regulator.
MAP Sensor Fixing Rail
Neat and tidy Stainless Steel plate designed fit under the plastic wiring harness rail above the inlet manifold, the rail will accept one or two Denso type MAP sensors, ideal for the Apexi PowerFC D-Jetro kits that require cylinders 3 and 4 to supply independent vacuum and pressure signals to the ECU.
Fuel Mixer Pot / Y-Piece Replacement
Small alloy mixer pot for use in twin inlet fuel rail systems where both ends of the fuel rail needed to be fed, or for 12-injector systems they can be used as a pair to keep pipe work neat and tidy and avoid flow-restricting Y-pieces.
High Performance Fuel Swirl-Pot
All alloy fuel swirl pot for in boot or under car use, welded -6 AN fittings for three swirl inlets, two top inlet / return fittings and a single -10 AN for the main fuel pump output.
