The fuel injectors are very underrated components in a performance engine, they can make the difference between good and bad power output, good and bad fuel economy, or in a worst case scenario - put the life of your engine in jeopardy and destroy it in a spectacular fashion. With these factors in mind, it is wise to master fuel injectors and their technology, to understand and be able to keep them at peak condition.

       

To allow us to work with injectors in a controlled environment we needed a system that allowed us to simulate the most vigorous conditions an injector receives in a performance application - an "injector dyno", of sorts. The solutions to this need is the most advanced injector testing and cleaning system available - the ASNU machine. Able to test injectors of almost any type to 20,000 simulated engine revolutions, the ASNU machine pushes the injectors to their limits, in an environment and flow can be benchmarked and any injector not performing to specification can be stripped and cleaning in the ASNU's Ultrasonic bath, restoring them to peak flow conditions.

The ASNU machine is normally used for our own work, but we offer injector cleaning and building service for most common injector types.
